My Bank is not listed here, how do I proceed?

    • We generally cover most of the Government and Private banks in India, but if in the rare case you are not able to connect your bank account, you should reach out to wecare@prefr.com, so that we can assist you to set up your repayment. 

    • In such cases, we can resolve the issue with two methods: 

      • Method #1: Set up Repayment via Physical NACH 

        • Here, we will provide the customer with a mandate slip as shown below, in which you are required to fill in the required details

        • After the details are filled in, you would authenticate the slip with your signature and upload it in the app or mail us at wecare@prefr.com

        • After the Physical NACH is submitted, it will take up to 14 days for us to validate and confirm the repayment set-up

      • Method #2: Set up repayment with your other bank account 

        • Here, if you have multiple bank accounts, then you should try setting up repayment with the other bank which would have the highest balance

        • It is very crucial that your bank has a sufficient balance so that the repayment can be auto-debited so that you don’t have any late fee charge and your credit score is not affected
