If you have forgotten your net banking credentials, then follow these steps:

Open your net banking app on your mobile

Click on 'forgot password/username/

Follow the steps as instructed by your bank.

Once the username/password is reset, retry updating the bank statement in the Prefr Pay Later Application
Or

If you are not able to recall your net banking credentials, you can upload a bank statement from your email address

Go to your preferred email app on mobile (Gmail/Yahoo etc.)

Search for the keyword ‘bank statement’ along with your bank’s name. For e.g.; ‘bank statement kotak’

Locate the email from the search result and open it.

All bank statements sent through emails are password protected. Make sure you read the password instructions in the email to open the PDF file

Download the PDF

Use the password to check if the file is opening. You have to use the same password while uploading the PDF during Prefr Pay Later application.
